What Equifinance can offer me?

If you have decided that a secured loan would be the best option to give you the cash to carry out some home improvements or repairs to your home or help you repay other small loans* you probably want to find out what Equifinance could offer you.

If you want to borrow between £5,000 & £20,000 then Equifinance could be the lender for you.

We'll consider what income you have coming in and what money you have going out each month so we are sure your loan is affordable.

Repayments are usually spread over 60 to 240 months. When you apply we will work out the best repayment term with you and explain what your repayments will be.

The amount we can lend also depends on the value of your home and how much you owe on your mortgage. Your broker can usually check these when you apply.

*Consolidating other loans and debts may increase the amount you pay back overall and extend the repayment periods of your debts. Repaying borrowing over a longer term will increase the interest charges.
